The hotel met the purpose. Loved our reasonably large rooms, plus the staff was amicable. The venue's position was excellent, just off centre of town and Close to centre and Caernarfon castle. Furthermore, close to all amenities.

I stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was DELUXE, with good and great location short walk to which is a lovely pub that serves good ales, the town centre, and Very close to Llanberis. The room I booked was warm and spotless with 2 single beds. The personnel was superfriendly and incredibly nice.

The location was ideal for exploring local attractions.
I also found the room to be quite basic, lacking in cleanliness which was disappointing given the price. The lack of parking within the city walls forced me to park off-site and walk to the hotel, not convenient.

The communal area downstairs was a fantastic bonus. Having a shared kitchen and dining area. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, and it was great being so close to the city center. Unfortunately, the bathroom light was overly bright at night, lighting up the entire bedroom when the door opened. The sofa bed my friend used was uncomfortable, and I had trouble connecting to the wifi because the password on my card was incorrect. I reached out for help but didn't receive a response. Despite these issues, I would definitely consider returning.

We loved the cozy family room, and the access to a shared kitchen really made meals easy. The kids had a blast exploring Caernarfon Castle, just a stone's throw away. Plus, the nearby beaches were perfect for our family's day out.
In my wife's opinion, more activities for kids would enhance the stay.

The room was comfy and I loved having access to the shared kitchen for our late night snacks! Relaxing in the cozy lounge area and enjoying a book was just what I needed after a long day. Only downside was the kitchen could get a bit busy during peak hours, but it's worth it! 😊
